I wanted to create this page because the resources listed have truly helped me. I feel like in the beginning I spent a lot of time wading through the dredges of information and content, only to find a lot of fluff.

Liora Sponko. Liora is and Empowerment Coach, in my work with her I learned to identify and disable the fears that were standing in my way and holding me back.
Amie MCNee Inspired to Write on Instagram. She gets it. She understands the fears and all the self talk and she’s great at throwing out awesome positive validation and mantras for creativity and moving forward. She also has a podcast, but I have not listened to it as of yet.

I do not use this workbook for the calendar, because I use the method taught in the class listed above, but the worksheets and content planning in this workbook are very valuable. The creator Nicola Taylor also shares lot of valuable information on Instagram.
