How it works:
Jill will bring her paints, brushes, papers, and her giant, cheesy smile to your event and take snapshots of your guests as they arrive.
During the event, Jill will turn the snapshots into fun, quirky portraits for your guests to take home with them, as a memento to remember the evening by!
Adding a live illustrator to your special occasion adds a fascinating form of entertainment, and it provides a safe space for the introverts to camp out for a bit.
People are enthralled by the creation of art in real time. It starts conversations about art and creativity, inspiring so much awe and delight - something we could all use more of.
Ideal Occasions:
Live Event Illustration is perfect for smaller, intimate affairs of 50 people or fewer.
Small weddings, fundraisers, birthdays, showers, anniversaries, reunions, office picnics, holiday parties, any gathering that you’d like to infuse with creative delight and human connection.

The FULL Monte!
For $10,000
Your illustrator will stay for the entire duration of your event, from set up to tear down.
(up to three days).The illustrator will illustrate every guest, person of importance, and even the wait staff if desired.
Unlimited additional studio hours as needed to complete all desired portraits - shipping included.
All portraits 5x7 will be matted, ready for an 8x10 frame, sealed, and presented professionally as seen in a gallery setting.
Up to 10 portraits of VIP guests done in large format (8x10).
Embossed matboards with the name of the event, the date, or the location.
Illustrated memory book - Hard cover sketchbook of sketches, notes, and quotes from the days surrounding your event.

Facilitate a Crowd Sourced Masterpiece painting at the start of the event as the guests arrive.

For $5,000
Illustrator on site for up to 8 hours. Your illustrator will paint as many guests as time allows.
Unlimited additional studio hours as needed to complete all desired portraits - shipping included.
All portraits 5x7 will be matted, ready for an 8x10 frame, sealed, and presented professionally as seen in a gallery setting.
Up to 10 portraits of VIP guests done in large format (8x10).
Portrait paper pre-printed with the name of your event, date, logo, or any other desired design.

Portraits will be preserved in a plastic sleeve and professionally presented.
